Pursue the lowest possible environmental impact in the selection of raw materials, focusing on renewable sources or alternatives that are better than those used previously.

From the origin

A product’s composition establishes its environmental impact.  By adopting renewable raw materials or ones from lower impact alternative sources, we avoid significant impacts throughout the product life cycle.

More than the possibility of conceiving lower impact products, the selection of the raw materials drives the development and adoption of sustainable practices throughout the value chain
